Active Ingredients:
- Irish sea moss
- Distilled water
- Lemon oil
- Burdock root
- Bladderwrack
Instructions:
- After cleansing the face, (while face is still damp) spray directly onto the face.
- If the spray is too hard, spray into a hand and apply by patting the toner onto the face and neck.
- Allow the toner to dry, then apply facial serum or moisturizer to the face.
